Instructions
Paint nails with base coat and two coats of white polish.
Create an ombre effect on a sponge with orange and yellow polish.
Lightly blot onto the nail.
Allow to dry.
Repeat.
Sprinkle with a little yellow glitter while still wet.
Taking your black polish, hand paint a fence.
Over the fence, place your charm pressed black witch.
Finish with a top coat.
