Instructions
Apply a base coat and then two thin coats of Black Hole polish.
Allow to dry.
Create a French manicure using the white nail polish.
Place a strip of rhinestones right at the top of the free edge.
Place one of the silver hearts onto the nail.
Intertwine the second heart when you place it on the nail.
Finish with a top coat.
