Artisan EZ Dipper Instructions

Artisan EZ Dipper Acrylic Nail Dipping System Kit

The Artisan EZ Dipper Acrylic Nail Dipping System Kit is to be used by nail professionals for use only as directed per these instructions.

CAUTION:

  1. While using any of the Artisan EZ Dipper products, do not wipe any excess liquid from your brush onto the opening of a bottle. This may cause the bottle to clog.
  2. Instead it’s best to dip your brush and pull it straight out. If you do take out extra product on your brush, get rid of the excess on a napkin.
  3. As you need more product, don’t double-dip. First wipe the brush thoroughly on a clean napkin before inserting it back into the bottle. Repeat this step before sealing the brush in the bottle too.
  4. These cautions will prevent your brush caps from hardening. If you still find that your brushes have hardened, simply soak them in Artisan 100% Pure Acetone Remover for at least 20-30 minutes. This will restore them to their original condition.

Artisan EZ Dipper Prep – Step #1

  1. Clean, sanitize, and prep the client’s fingernails.
  2. Brush on Artisan EZ Dipper Prep – Step #1 to all of the client’s natural nails. Apply a thin, single coat. This will remove moisture from the nail and equalize the nails’ pH.

Artisan EZ Dipper Base – Step #2

  1. Brush lightly one coat Artisan EZ Dipper Base – Step #2 on the first prepped fingernail. Avoid the cuticle area.
  2. Dip the client’s nail into the chosen Artisan EZ Dipper Powder color. Tap her finger over the jar to shake off excess powder.
  3. Repeat these base steps with each fingernail until done.

Artisan EZ Dipper Activator – Step #3

  1. Brush on one coat of Artisan EZ Dipper Activator – Step #3.
  2. Allow the activator to air-dry. This happens instantly in 3-5 seconds.
  3. Wipe nails gently with a clean paper napkin.

Note: Clients with longer or more active nails may need more nail strength. Repeat base, powder and activator application on such clients.

Artisan EZ Dipper Top – Step #4

  1. Brush on one thin layer of Artisan EZ Dipper Top – Step #4 on all the fingernails. Be careful to avoid the cuticle area. Air-dry the first layer of top for 1 minute and then buff all the nails.
  2. Brush on a second thin layer of top avoiding the cuticle area
  3. Let the second coat of top air-dry for 1-2 minutes.

For Pink and Whites:

  1. After applying the base to one fingernail, slowly dip only the free edge of the nail at a 45-degree angle into the WHITE powder to create a smile line.
  2. Tap the client’s finger over the powder jar to shake off excess powder.
  3. Now, dip that same fingernail entirely into your PINK powder.
  4. Tap the client’s finger again to shake off excess pink powder.
  5. Repeat these base application steps on all the other fingernails until done.

For 2-week backfills:

  1. After buffing each nail, apply 1 coat of Artisan EZ Dipper Base – Step #2, Activator – Step #3, and then Top – Step #4. There is no need to use dipping powder.
  2. Repeat with a second coat of base, activator and top if the client needs more nail strength.

For 4-week backfills:

  1. After buffing each nail, apply 1 coat of Artisan EZ Dipper Prep – Step #1, Base – Step #2, Powder, Activator – Step #3, and then Top – Step #4.
  2. Repeat with a second coat of base, activator and top if the client needs more nail strength.
