International Shipment

Please review the information below carefully when you place your order from outside of US

 1. Mininum Order : Due to high costs of processing international shipments, there is a minimum order of $75 or more. 

2. Shipping costs : Shipping cost depend on the weight, number of boxes, country of delivery and freight carrier.  

3. Duties & taxes : our shipping cost does not include duties and taxes. All fees related to international shipment such as brokerage, duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer directly to the carrier upon delivery of the shipment. Please check with your local government agencies for rate and any import issues such as import license requirements.

4. Lead time : All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please note that your shipment might be delayed at the customs for inspection and clearance.

5. Changes & cancellation of an order : You must confirm by e-mail your approval for the shipping cost or cancellation of the order within 24 hours after receiving our e-mail. As we process most orders within 24 business hours, once an order confirmed by e-mail we will not be able to make any change to the shipping process and stop the carrier.

6. Refusing an order : All refused order will be charged an additional shipping cost for the return of the shipment (usually the same amount than the shipping cost) plus 15% restocking fee.
