Product Comment: Although the unit is large. It has excellent suction power. HOWEVER, I have had to replace the flexible neck 3 times. The base is made of pot metal and after too many times of bringing it down and back up...it breaks. Now that I am out of my 1 year warranty, I would have to pay $60 to replace it.

Product Suggestions: The base of the unit should be made from a better quality metal. I was hoping that by the third time that the piece was replaced, they would have had a better quality metal used at the base of the flexible neck. I have sent it to a metal shop to have the bottom of the neck redone with a better quality metal. Fingers crossed that this will work... I would only recommend this to a friend if I knew they have changed the quality of metal in the product.
